To check the WiFi GHz on an Android device, you can follow these steps:

Open the Settings app on your Android device.  Scroll down and select "Network & Internet."  Select "Wi-Fi."  Find the name of the Wi-Fi network you are connected to and tap on it.  The details of the Wi-Fi network will be displayed, including the frequency band or GHz.

You can look for "Frequency" or "Band" in the list of details to find the information you need.  If the network is operating on the 2.4 GHz band, it will display "2.4 GHz".

If it is operating on the 5 GHz band, it will display "5 GHz."

If your Android device does not display this information in the Wi-Fi network details, you can use a third-party app from the Google Play Store such as "WiFi Analyzer" to check the frequency band.
